PG&E Medical Baseline Program 

Due to COVID-19, signature by a qualified medical practitioner is NOT REQUIRED to apply at this time.

PG&E’s Medical Baseline Program offers assistance for residential customers who depend on power for certain medical and independent living needs. It offers a lower electric rate and eligibility is not based on income.
